AAA Southern New England, located in Providence, Rhode Island, sells memberships including towing, roadside assistance, travel benefits and insurance benefits. This automotive services company was looking for a remittance processing solution replacement. They selected RP Solutions' ExpertRPS remittance processing solution and swapped their Unisys NDP transport with a new NCR iTRAN 180.

Today, they process nearly 5,000 mail-in payments per day and make Check 21 ICL deposits with their bank. The new system has eliminated the need to photocopy each deposit-only check and to pre-sort payments based on address or membership changes.
