Mixed mail processing allows work to flow directly from opening to scanning without any intermediate prep work. Using advanced recognition techniques and complex analysis algorithms, ExpertRPS determines each document's type. Once ExpertRPS characterizes each document, it knows exactly what information to extract and which business process, or workflow, to initiate.
Although mailrooms can be configured with variety of scanning devices (all available from RP Solutions), the OPEX AS7200i workstation is particularly well suited for digital mailrooms. It streamlines customers' operations by combining mail extraction, document imaging, recognition and sorting into a single pass process. ExpertRPS is fully integrated with the OPEX ScanLink API which allows real-time interaction with OPEX devices, resulting in smooth operations and superior decisioning.
