Update on USPS Saturday Delivery

In our last newsletter, we reported that the USPS planned to eliminate Saturday delivery in August 2013 to reduce costs by $2 billion. Congress has since passed legislation requiring Saturday delivery, thereby preventing them from implementing this plan. The USPS Board of Governors is "disappointed" with this Congressional action.
