September 26, 2019 (Ithaca, NY) – RP Solutions, Inc., a leader in transaction processing solutions announced a change in leadership for their Customer Success Team, formerly known as the Professional Services Team.
Thad Paris, who spent the last 22 years at RP Solutions in several customer facing positions, including his most recent position as Director of Professional Services, is retiring as of October 2019 to travel and begin a new chapter in his life. “Thad has been a huge contributor to the success of RP Solutions and a tremendous resource to our customers. The friendships he has built both internally and externally have made a significant impact on our company and our culture. We wish him the best in his new adventures and will miss him on the team.” commented, David Johnson, President of RP Solutions.
The RP Solutions’ Customer Success Team will now be led by Brian Winters. Winters joined RP Solutions in 2018 as a Network Systems Engineer. Winters has an extensive background in Customer Success Management and Information Technology, making him a perfect candidate to transition into the Director of Customer Success position. Understanding both the needs of the customer, as well as the technology we provide are essential for this role. Since joining RP Solutions, Winters has had the ability to support internal and external client needs on numerous occasions and has shown tremendous knowledge and care for everyone he supports.
Prior to coming to RP Solutions, Winters worked at Cornell University, Cornell Veterinary Medicine Information Technology, Cayuga Medical Center, and The CBORD Group. In all positions, Winters was responsible for supporting the needs of customers and providing technical guidance both internally and externally.
In 2018, RP Solutions transitioned the Professional Services Team into the “Customer Success Team” to better represent the team’s mission and goals. The Team is made up of a number of support, implementation, project management, and customer training professionals, who are all dedicated to ensuring the success of our customers.
