Kansas and Wisconsin Showcase Remarkable Results in Farmer Participation and Coupon Redemption in year one!
December 13, 2023 (Ithaca, NY) – RP Solutions, Inc., a leader in payment processing solutions proudly announces the groundbreaking success of its Hybrid Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) solution, featuring the TPS RapidFMNP mobile app.
This hybrid solution is revolutionizing the transition from traditional paper-based processing to an electronic platform. With the hybrid solution, Farmers have the option to utilize the TPS RapidFMNP mobile app to process coupons electronically either right at the market or post-market and funds will be deposited directly into their bank accounts via ACH. Farmers who aren’t quite ready to transition to electronic processing, can instead opt to mail FMNP coupons into the RP Solutions Processing Center. RP Reps will scan and process the coupons and either deposit funds into Farmer accounts via ACH or will mail them a check. The program has not only preserved, but maximized farmer participation and coupon redemptions, as demonstrated by the remarkable achievements in the states of Kansas and Wisconsin.
Wisconsin's Success: A Paradigm Shift in FMNP
Wisconsin has embraced RP Solutions' Hybrid FMNP with resounding success. Key statistics highlight the program's impact:
Active Participation: 80% of authorized farmers are actively engaged on the TPS (Technology Payment System) platform.
Sustained Farmer Engagement: An impressive 90% of farmers who participated in the paper FMNP process last year participated with the move to Hybrid.
Redemption Surge: Coupon redemptions have surged by an outstanding 40% in 2023 compared to 2022 when a paper-only processing solution was in place.
Monetary Dollars Soar: Redemption dollars have seen a substantial increase as well, surpassing last year's figures by $300,000.

Kansas: Transforming Agricultural Transactions
Kansas, too, has witnessed remarkable outcomes since adopting RP Solutions' Hybrid FMNP:
Active Adoption: 75% of authorized farmers in Kansas are actively using the TPS system.
Reduced Paper Dependency: The shift is evident, with only 15% of coupons being processed through the traditional mail-in option.
Redemption Simplification: Farmers found the new process both more convenient and more secure. On the state side, Administrators enjoyed accessing the state dashboard as they found having program data in real-time extremely helpful.
