This Privacy Policy explains what and how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application, TPS RapidRDC. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. As App updates are made, changes to our Privacy Policy may change as well and will be part of the latest update available. TPS RapidRDC is a mobile application used to capture and process remote deposit checks to approved business accounts. It is not a consumer facing application for personal banking or check depositing. Use of TPS RapidRDC is reserved for companies and businesses who need to accept and capture remote payments through their employees/field agents for processing client payments. The capture is managed with the application while the deposits are processed through ICL and/or ACH files directly sent to the processing bank(s). No personal data is collected or kept by RP Solutions or within the application itself. Login credentials are granted only to users who have been authorized by the company/business purchasing TPS RapidRDC. Only employees/field agents associated with the client account(s) from RP Solutions will have access or login capability.

We may collect information in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application.

Geo-Location Information

We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services or for your company’s reporting needs.

Mobile Device Access

We will request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s camera for image capture of checks.

Mobile Device Data

Device information such as your mobile device user account ID number, model, manufacturer, version of your operating system, and your location.
