Systems Analyst
POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a member of our Customer Success Team, you will work directly with customers to design and deploy new system installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide project management for customer projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and modifications.
Assist in the implementation, testing, and management of customer deployments, system upgrades, and enhancements related to the company's SAAS Platform.
Monitor and analyze system metrics to troubleshoot issues proactively.
Provide level 2 end user support for the company's SAAS Platform, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting system issues.
Take a hands-on approach to troubleshooting complex process, functional and application issues and manage these through to resolution.
Conduct product integration testing to ensure system changes meet business requirements and are properly implemented.
Identify process improvement opportunities within the organization recommending and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency.
Participate in after-hours support rotation.
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
AS or BS degree in Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail.
Must be a team player.
Ability to work independently.
Occasional travel required.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Knowledge of security fundamentals.
Knowledge of database operations and SQL (MySQL preferred)
Ability to write scripts (i.e. JavaScript)

Software Engineer - JEE
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Software engineer position responsible for creating high performance cloud-based web services for emerging electronic payments market. The engineer will participate in all aspects of development process including requirements, design, code, test, and delivery.
EDUCATION/TRAINING REQUIRED:
BS or MS Computer Science Degree
Expert with Java, JEE, SOAP and REST
Experience with SQL Databases
Experience with JBoss, .NET, C# a plus
Knowledge of Client/Server architectures
Strong design abilities
Well organized and detail oriented
Team player with excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Agile development process
Willing to travel
